Order and Sample
Our MOQ (Minimum Order Quantity) is 500 pcs, but a 20-foot GP (General Purpose) container is a more cost-effective choice.
A 40HQ (High-Cube) container offers the best price.
Certainly, we can first produce a batch of the goods you need and store them in our own warehouse.
Whenever you need to place an order, we can quickly ship directly from the warehouse, saving you time and cost.
If the sample fee is within 30 USD, we will provide the sample for free.
Yes, generally, you will need to pay for the shipping costs of the sample.
Yes, but not in every country. We only have agents in Singapore, Malaysia, Egypt, and Nigeria.
The benefits of “1 unit per carton” are that it’s convenient for retailers at the end point of sale, as they can sell the units directly from the carton.
The advantages of “2 units per carton” are that it saves a lot of space during transportation from the factory to the importer and wholesaler, thereby reducing shipping and customs clearance costs.
For example, if the shipping cost for a container is 5000 USD and the customs clearance fee per container is 5000 USD, a container can hold 1400 units if packed one per carton, but 2400 units if packed two per carton.
The average cost per unit for single packing is 7.143 USD, whereas for double packing, it’s 4.167 USD.
From a retail and wholesale perspective, if the labor cost exceeds 3 USD, then single packing should be considered; if the labor cost is below 3 USD, then double packing is more economical.
The labor cost mentioned here refers to the expense incurred in repackaging units from “2 units per carton” to “1 unit per carton.”

Production
Under normal circumstances when production is not busy, the delivery time for all products is approximately 30 days after confirming the packaging materials.
During peak season, we generally require 35-45 days.
Changes to product specifications, such as fan blades, after production has started are generally not feasible due to the following reasons:
Performance Impact:
Our fans are designed with specific components to optimize performance.
Changing components like fan blades can significantly alter performance metrics (e.g., reducing speed from 1250 RPM to 1150 RPM), affecting the efficiency and effectiveness of the product.
Resource and Time Constraints:
Once production has commenced, especially with components like motors already manufactured, changing other parts like fan blades would render the existing components unusable.
This results in resource wastage and requires additional time and resources to match and adjust new components, leading to increased costs and potential delivery delays.
We can accommodate changes in product specifications only when the new components are compatible with the existing ones.
This ensures that the quality and performance of our products are maintained, and it also helps in avoiding unnecessary resource wastage and production delays.
Making changes after production has started can lead to various challenges:
- Quality and Performance Issues: Incompatible components can affect the product’s intended performance and quality.
- Increased Costs: Changing components mid-production can lead to increased material and labor costs.
- Production Delays: Implementing changes can extend production timelines, affecting delivery schedules.
To ensure your requirements are met, we recommend finalizing all product specifications and requirements before production begins.
This includes detailed discussions and approvals of components like motors and fan blades.
Early communication and planning help in aligning expectations and avoiding last-minute changes.
Yes, our company provides SKD (Semi Knocked Down) and CKD (Completely Knocked Down) services, specifically targeting clients who have the capability to assemble locally.
Considering your ability to assemble fans, we particularly recommend adopting the SKD or CKD approach to reduce your tariff burden and transportation costs.
By using this method, the fan components will be shipped in a not fully assembled state, which not only significantly reduces the transportation volume and costs but also helps to take advantage of lower tariff benefits.
The main countries importing in CKD are Indonesia, Brazil, Egypt, Algeria, etc.
Services and Capabilities
Of course, we can design simple text-based logos.
However, if you need a more complex logo, we recommend seeking the services of a professional designer.
Yes, but there is a minimum order quantity (MOQ) requirement, 500 pcs.
If the order quantity is lower than the MOQ, we can only use the existing inventory.
For different countries, we can provide various certifications. For Malaysia, we offer Sirim; for Singapore, the Safety Mark; for the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) countries, Saber; and for Korea, KC certifications, all based on the CB certificate.
Additionally, our CE certification is issued by an independent laboratory.
Payment
We accept TT, DP, LC, deferred LC.
For PayPal, we only accept it for samples, not for bulk orders.
Aftersales
Our products have a one-year warranty period.
Yes, we provide 0.5% extra spare parts for each order.
When the product encounters a problem, we provide various spare parts to customers and inform them how to solve the problem.
If the issue cannot be resolved with spare parts, we offer a direct free replacement of the motor.
