Quick Reference

The Four Answers Most Buyers Need First

These are standard reference terms. Final details depend on the fan model, destination market, specification, order quantity and packing method.

01

Standard MOQ

1,000 pieces per model. A 20GP or 40HQ order normally provides better unit and logistics efficiency.

02

Production Time

About 30 days in normal periods and generally 35–45 days during peak season after packing materials are confirmed.

03

Warranty

Our standard product warranty is one year, subject to the agreed order specification and warranty terms.

04

Spare Parts

We generally provide 0.5% extra spare parts and technical guidance for troubleshooting after shipment.

Orders & Samples

Before You Place an Order

Understand the information we need, sample policy, carton options and the commercial logic behind container orders.

What information do you need for an accurate quotation?

Please provide the fan type and size, destination market, voltage, frequency, plug type, motor preference, order quantity and preferred packing method. A reference photo or target specification is also helpful.

What is your minimum order quantity?

Our standard MOQ is 1,000 pieces per model. The exact MOQ may vary when custom colors, logos, components or packaging are required. A 20GP is usually more cost-effective than a small LCL order, while a 40HQ normally provides the best container-loading efficiency.

Can we cooperate if each release quantity is small but annual demand is high?

We can discuss an annual or blanket-order arrangement with scheduled shipments. The total order quantity, deposit, production batch, storage period and release schedule must be agreed before production.

Can you provide free samples, and who pays the shipping cost?

If the product sample fee is within USD 30, we can generally provide the sample free of charge. The buyer normally pays the courier or freight cost. The final sample policy will be confirmed according to the selected model and customization.

Do you have agents in other countries?

We currently work with agents in Singapore, Malaysia, Egypt and Nigeria. Availability and product range may differ by market, so please contact us to confirm local support for your country.

What is the difference between one unit and two units per carton?

One unit per carton is convenient for retailers because the fan can be sold in its original carton. Two units per carton usually reduces total packing volume and can lower freight and customs-clearance cost per fan.

For illustration, if freight and clearance total USD 10,000, a container holding 1,400 fans costs about USD 7.14 per fan, while a container holding 2,400 fans costs about USD 4.17 per fan. Actual results depend on carton size, container loading and destination charges.

What HS codes are commonly used for your products?
  • Stand fan: 84145192
  • Wall fan: 84145193
  • Table fan: 84145191
  • Industrial fan: 8414599091
  • Motor: 8501400000
  • Fan accessories: 8414.90

These codes are for reference only. Please confirm the final classification with your customs broker or local customs authority.

Production & OEM

From Approved Specification to Production

Fan performance depends on the complete component combination. Confirming the specification before production protects quality, cost and delivery time.

How long is the normal production time?

When production is not busy, the normal lead time is approximately 30 days after the packaging materials are confirmed. During peak season, production generally requires 35–45 days. The final lead time is confirmed with the order.

Can you customize the fan and its packaging?

Yes. Depending on the model and order quantity, we can customize the motor, blade, grille, color, logo, rating label, power cord, plug and retail carton. We can also evaluate CBU, SKD or CKD packing.

Can you help design a logo?

We can assist with a simple text-based logo. For a complex brand identity, icon system or complete visual design, we recommend working with a professional brand designer and sending us the final vector artwork.

Can you apply a customized logo to the product?

Yes. Custom logo production normally follows our standard MOQ of 1,000 pieces per model. Logo method, position, color and artwork must be approved before mass production.

Can I change the product specification after production has started?

Generally, no. Components such as the motor, blade, capacitor and grille are matched as one system. A change can only be evaluated when the new component is fully compatible with the parts already produced.

What can happen if specifications change during production?

Mid-production changes may alter airflow, speed, power, temperature rise, vibration or safety performance. They can also make completed components unusable, increase material and labor cost, and delay shipment.

How can I make sure my requirements are followed?

Finalize and approve the product specification, reference sample, color, logo, rating label, packing artwork and inspection requirements before mass production. Clear written approval reduces misunderstandings and last-minute changes.

SKD / CKD & Compliance

Packing and Certification for Your Market

The right solution depends on local assembly capability, tariff rules, electrical standards and the exact fan model.

Can you supply fans in SKD or CKD form?

Yes. We provide SKD and CKD solutions for customers with local assembly capability. The parts can be packed separately according to the fan structure, assembly process and destination-market requirements.

Why do buyers choose SKD or CKD packing?

SKD or CKD may improve container utilization, reduce shipping volume and support local assembly. It may also offer tariff advantages in some countries, but the buyer must confirm local customs, origin and assembly rules before ordering.

Which markets commonly import fans in CKD form?

CKD fan projects are common in markets such as Indonesia, Brazil, Egypt and Algeria. CKD is not universally mandatory; the best structure depends on local regulations, duties, factory capability and project economics.

Which certifications can you provide?

CE, CB, ERP and RoHS options are available for relevant models. Market-specific requirements such as SIRIM, Singapore Safety Mark, SABER or KC must be evaluated according to the product specification, testing scope and destination market before quotation and production.

Payment

Commercial Payment Options

Payment method and detailed terms are confirmed in the quotation or sales contract before production begins.

Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept T/T, D/P, L/C and deferred L/C. Availability of D/P or deferred L/C is subject to commercial review and agreement for the specific order.

Can I pay by PayPal?

PayPal is accepted for sample payments only. It is not accepted for bulk production orders.

Warranty & After-Sales

Support After the Fans Are Delivered

Our after-sales process combines troubleshooting guidance, spare parts and covered replacement support.

How long is the warranty period?

Our products have a standard one-year warranty, subject to the agreed model specification, proper use and the warranty terms confirmed with the order.

Do you provide additional spare parts?

Yes. We generally provide 0.5% extra spare parts with each bulk order. The spare-parts list is matched to the selected fan model and order requirements.

How do you handle an after-sales problem?

We first help identify the problem and explain how to resolve it using the supplied spare parts. If replacement parts cannot resolve a covered manufacturing issue, we can provide a replacement motor according to the agreed order and warranty terms.
