Lock the Specs Before Production
Changes such as fan blades are generally not possible once production has started. We can only accept a change when the new component is compatible with the existing ones. Finalize every specification, logo and packaging file before the order goes into production to avoid quality issues, extra cost and delays.
Small orders through the year? We can produce a batch in advance, store it in our own warehouse and ship directly whenever you place an order.
Supply Format: Fully Assembled, SKD or CKD
Receive finished fans ready for sale, or semi- and completely knocked-down kits if you assemble locally. CKD is common for markets such as Indonesia, Brazil, Egypt and Algeria.

What is the MOQ for an OEM fan with our logo?
The standard MOQ is 1,000 pcs per model. The final quantity depends on the model, motor specification, color, packaging and level of customization.
Can you help design our logo?
Yes, we can design simple text-based logos. For a more complex logo, we recommend working with a professional designer and sending us the final artwork.
Can I change the specifications after production starts?
Generally not. A change such as fan blades can only be accepted when the new component is compatible with the existing ones, so please finalize all specifications before production.
How long does an OEM order take?
About 30 days after the specifications and packaging materials are confirmed. During peak season, production normally takes 35 to 45 days.
Do you provide samples?
Yes. If the sample value is within USD 30, the sample is free and the buyer pays the shipping cost. PayPal is accepted for samples.
What warranty and spare parts do you offer?
Our fans have a one-year warranty. We ship 0.5% extra spare parts with each order, and if spare parts cannot solve a problem, we replace the motor free of charge.
