The Website is operated by SF Electrical Appliance Co., Ltd., referred to in these terms as “SF Fan”, “we”, “us” or “our”.

2. Website Purpose

The Website provides general information about SF Fan, our electric fan manufacturing capabilities, product categories, OEM/ODM services, production processes, quality control procedures and export services.

The Website also allows prospective customers to contact us, request quotations, discuss product specifications and submit information relating to potential business projects.

Unless expressly stated otherwise in a formal quotation, pro forma invoice, purchase agreement or other written commercial document accepted by both parties, information published on this Website does not constitute a binding offer or contract.

3. Product Information and Specifications

We aim to keep product information accurate and useful. However, electric fan models, components, materials, dimensions, motor specifications, colors, packaging, certifications and other technical details may be updated or changed as products develop.

Images, drawings, videos, diagrams and product descriptions are provided for general reference unless they are specifically identified as an approved production specification.

Before placing an order, customers should confirm all relevant requirements, including where applicable:

The final approved sample, specification sheet, artwork and written order confirmation will take priority over general Website descriptions.

4. Quotations, Samples and Orders

A request submitted through the Website is an inquiry only and does not create a purchase or supply contract.

Prices, minimum order quantities, production schedules, payment terms, packing information and shipping estimates are confirmed separately according to the selected product, quantity, customization level, destination market and commercial conditions.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, a binding commercial arrangement is created only after relevant specifications and commercial terms have been confirmed by the parties through an accepted quotation, pro forma invoice, purchase contract or other written agreement.

If these Website Terms conflict with a signed purchase contract or another written commercial agreement between SF Fan and a customer, the specific commercial agreement will take priority for that transaction.

5. OEM / ODM and Custom Projects

SF Fan may provide OEM, ODM, private-label, logo, color, packaging, product configuration and related customization services.

When you provide logos, trademarks, artwork, packaging designs, technical drawings, product concepts or other materials to us, you represent that you have the necessary rights and permissions to use and provide those materials.

Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving final product specifications, artwork, labels, manuals, packaging and other customized elements before mass production.

Any tooling, molds, development work or intellectual property created for a custom project will be subject to the specific written terms agreed for that project.

6. Market Compliance, Certification and Import Requirements

Product certification, labeling, safety standards, energy requirements, customs classification and import regulations vary by country and market.

Documents or certifications referenced on the Website may apply only to specific models, specifications or production configurations and should not be assumed to cover every product shown on the Website.

Unless otherwise expressly agreed in writing, the buyer is responsible for confirming the requirements of the destination market with the appropriate local authority, certification body, customs broker or compliance professional before placing an order.
